About the company

We started as one, little cafe in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood many years ago, when most of you were just babies. If you fast forward to today, in the future, Dollop has 14 cafes. We roast our own coffee, and we have a bake shop where we bake pastries and bread all day and all night. The future is super.

They say art is how you decorate space, and music is how you decorate time. We think coffee helps you decorate both.
