With no convenient Starbucks nearby, you have a prime opportunity to be great. Today I ordered a cappuccino with 2%. What I got was a cup of warm milk. Yes, there was a hint of espresso in it but barely. What a waste of $7. I threw it away. Take your baristas to a coffee shop and have them try a real, oh my goodness I could die cappuccino. Then have them make those. Please.

Usually the food is amazing and taste delicious. Maybe today there was a different cook but the chicken tasted as if it had been fried in old grease. I ordered the chicken and waffles and there was no butter or syrup. Had to take it as a loss and threw out my food.
